Bookings

  • Click the "Book" button in the menu, choose the service, the doctor and an available time. You receive confirmation by email in 1 minute. If you are a new client, fill in your pet's details on the form — no account required.
  • Yes, free of charge up to 4 hours before. Use the link in your confirmation email or sign in to the client portal. For cancellations under 4 hours, call the clinic — there are no penalties for first-time cancellations.
  • Call the clinic — we keep slots reserved for emergencies and special cases that don't appear online. For routine consultations, we usually handle the waiting list within 24h.

Emergencies

  • Yes, 24/7 emergencies, including weekends and public holidays. Call before leaving home — that way we prepare the team and equipment for your case. The emergency line is different from the booking line.
  • Emergency consultations cost 250-400 RON depending on the time (night/weekend) and complexity. Tests and treatments are billed separately and communicated to you before being performed.

Vaccinations & prevention

  • First vaccination at 6-8 weeks, followed by boosters at 11-12 and 14-16 weeks. Rabies vaccine after 3 months. Annual vaccination is legally required for travelling with your pet. See our vaccination services for details.
  • Yes, for dogs that go outside daily, monthly internal deworming prevents infestations (giardia, heartworm). For indoor cats, quarterly may be sufficient. The clinic stocks all veterinary-approved products.

Client portal

  • Complete history of your pet (consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions), PDF documents (lab results, certificates, vaccination card), invoices, vaccine reminders, and the ability to book directly without calling.
  • Yes. Under GDPR, only you and your doctor have access to the medical record. You can request a copy of your data (PDF export) or its deletion from the portal at any time. See our privacy policy for details.

Payment

  • Cash, card (Visa / Mastercard) at the clinic, bank transfer for invoices above 500 RON. For portal clients, online payment will be added later (Phase 2).
  • Yes, we issue fiscal invoices with your details (individual or company). For pet insurance providers (PetExpert, etc.), we prepare the required medical documentation at no extra cost.
