Your GDPR Rights

As a data subject, you have the rights below. You can exercise them via the form at the bottom of this page or by writing to gdpr@veterinary.dbg.ro. We respond within 30 days at most (usually much sooner).

Your rights

Right of access — know what data we process about you and receive a copy.
Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — deletion of your data, under the conditions of the law.
Right to restriction of processing — temporarily limit processing.
Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (export).
Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest or marketing.
Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

For account deletion and data portability (export), you have direct tools in your account Settings. For any other request, use the form below — it reaches our Data Protection Officer.

Complaints

If you believe we have infringed your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
