1. Scope

The site provides information about the clinic, online booking of veterinary services and an online shop with pet products.

2. Account and appointments

• You may create an account for bookings and portal access; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• Appointment confirmation is done by the clinic; we reserve the right to reschedule for medical or availability reasons.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to restriction of online booking.

3. Orders and payments

• Prices are shown in RON and include VAT where applicable.
• Card payment is securely processed by Stripe; we do not store card data.
• An order is accepted after payment confirmation and stock availability.

4. Right of withdrawal (returns)

Under Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law (e.g. sealed products unsealed for hygiene reasons). 5. Limitation of liability

Information on the site is general and does not replace veterinary consultation. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's informational content.

6. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the applicable version is the one published at the time of use. Disputes are governed by Romanian law, the competent courts being those at the controller's registered office.
